TARGETRAINING Group Instructionn Schedule Week of 2/28-3/6

Please find below our group training programming for the coming week of 2/28-3/6.

We are in week 4 of second cycle of winter training program! Next week will be another rest week J

Cycling Schedule Update!

- Long Course training option now available for Greenwich 5:45AM Tuesday cycling session and 5:45AM Thursday brick session. Please let your instructor know that you would like a long course workout instead of short course.

- New Sunday 9:00AM Greenwich indoor cycling session!

Run Program Update!

- New Tuesday morning 5:45AM run session in Greenwich!

Spots are limited so please reserve.

- The Sunday Compo run has been moved up to 7:30AM. There will be 6 and 12mile groups. Our new running coach Timothy Milenkevich will be helping to lead the session!
